Follow the prompts. After your ticket is placed with an agent, you will receive an email to the unit with the ticket details. Keep this to reference for any follow up questions regarding resolution.
If you do not receive sufficient support you can also place a ticket in this support portal (MWB) and we can escalate the issue. Please provide the Corporate ticket number for reference.
