See attachment for step-by-step instructions to operate the grease disposal system.  Model 401 is used for 1236, 1350, 1309 and any new unit starting January 2024.  Any other units will use the secondary attachment.  The document references fryer grease, but in this case you’re using grill grease with your heated caddy to transfer to the indoor tank.  Obviously, the quicker the grill grease can be transferred into the tank while it’s hot the better the performance will be.  With the caddy being heated, this will assist in transferring the material.  It’s key to utilize the crumb basket always.  We also ask that the staff doesn’t throw excessive large pieces of patties and certainly no trash or paper/plastic products into the crumb basket.
